Task

• Launch continuous broadcasting across several style channels at once
• Listeners should start the stream straight in the browser, with no app and no sign-up
• Adding new music must not need a developer or take the stream down

Solution

• Liquidsoap broadcaster in Docker, one Icecast stream per channel
• Playlists built from music folders: new tracks are picked up on the fly, no restart
• The stream is proxied over HTTPS — browsers block it on a secure page otherwise
• The service comes back automatically after a server reboot
